The ABW is once again happening, February 28-March 2, 2025. We are excited to bring the family back together and welcome both the old and new. The event weekend will be held at the Eagle Wilton Manors, in Wilton Manors, FL.

- Pre-event meeting with Judges, Staff, and Contestants to set expectations of titleholders, discuss the weekend, and judging requirements. 12pm Eagle Wilton Manors
- Fantasy run through during pre-event

Attendees must be 21+ with valid government issued photo ID.

All attendees must register using the name on their government issued ID, however, there is a space on the registration form to list your preferred name and that is what will be printed on your badge.

While masks are not mandated, due to the close proximity of our attendees and in deference to those with compromised immune systems, they are strongly encouraged. (This is subject to any local or Federal mandates)

All attendees must agree to maintain a level of decorum in areas shared with other hotel guests and while outside of the bar and restaurants we are using; this includes wearing street legal attire in common hallways/ on the street, and levels of intoxication/impairment of individuals. Any behavior that may jeopardize the American Brotherhood Weekend brand or any of its attendees may result in removal from the event and bans for upcoming events.

All attendees must hold American Brotherhood Weekend LLC harmless for any issues reasonably beyond our control including but not limited to: injury, sickness, acts of terrorism, labor disputes with the hotels and restaurants, natural disaster, inclement weather, and acts of government.

Photography is not prohibited, however, please be mindful and respectful of individuals who are wearing tags stating they choose not to have their photograph taken.

The producers and staff of American Brotherhood Weekend have an open door policy. If you, or someone you know are being harassed by a participant of American Brotherhood Weekend (ABW), notice someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact an ABW representative assigned to the event.

Expectations of Conduct *

All attendees, contestants, guests, ABW staff, and ABW titleholders (“participants”) in American Brotherhood Weekend events are expected to help build and maintain an inclusive and safe environment and conduct themselves accordingly. We do not tolerate racism, discrimination or harassment of any form. Unwelcome racist, harassing or discriminatory conduct will be met with prompt action, which may include expulsion from all American Brotherhood Weekend spaces without refunds of any kind.

While we understand that the world is currently a dumpster fire, please remember that discussions of religion, politics, and world events can be sensitive topics. Please manage your conversations with others accordingly. Reasonable people can agree that if a discussion escalates into an argument, then it is the responsibility of all parties involved, including spectators, to disburse/de-escalate the confrontation. Please don’t let things get to the point that ABW staff needs to step in.

In short, don’t be an asshole and you won’t get kicked out.
